1. Dispatch Time

All Phenoman orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be handled the following business day.

2. Delivery Estimates

Approximate delivery durations post-dispatch:

  • Standard UK Shipping: 2–5 working days
  • Express UK Shipping: 1–2 working days
  • Next-Day Shipping: Available for select postcodes before 12:00 PM

3. Tracking Orders

Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details to monitor your delivery progress.

4. Address Verification

Please double-check your shipping address. We’re not liable for delays due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

5. Delivery Failures

If your parcel cannot be delivered and is returned, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional postage may be charged for second delivery attempts.

6. Lost Parcels

If tracking confirms delivery but you haven’t received your order, please contact the courier. Phenoman is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier.

7. Discreet Packaging

All orders are delivered in plain, unbranded packaging to ensure your privacy. No external labels reference the contents.

8. UK-Only Shipping
