1. Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your Phenoman order. Items must be sealed, unused, and returned in original packaging. Please consult our Terms of Service for additional information.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used gummies
  • Digital purchases or e-gift cards
  • Products labeled as final sale
  • Health supplements removed from original seal

3. Submitting a Return

4. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will confirm approval or denial. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
