Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your Phenoman order. Items must be sealed, unused, and returned in original packaging. Please consult our Terms of Service for additional information.
The following cannot be returned:

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will confirm approval or denial. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
For damaged or defective items, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We'll provide a replacement or refund at no extra charge. Refer to our Shipping Policy for more.
Exchanges are available for defective or damaged products only. Please contact us with your original order details.
